I understand your sentiment, but the whole of the rest of the Arab world would be against us. Would the Russians really still be with us if we did that? I really don't think most of Europe would be with us, they don't even want us to oust Saddam. What about the Chinese? Anyway, I don't think it's going to happen. It would be too costly in American lives to try to take over and run that country, IMO. BTW, it was 15 Saudis , not 11 on the planes.
