Since Israel only exists because of a United Nations edict [not to mention some terrorism by Zionists to end the British mandate], I suggest that Israel be 'unsigned' by the United Nations, which is the current fashion in international politics. Then, the United Nations could declare itself the new sovereign of the zones in contention. A new International Zone could be created, with a revised United Nations constitution being needed to get things running nicely. We Zonists have had enough of superstitious wacko zionist zealots and superstitious mad Moslem mullahs. End Zionism now and bring on Zonism! Then, take over Iraq from Saddam, combine Kuwait with it and maybe toss in Saudi Arabia too as a separate province - maybe some of the smaller sheikdoms too. Oil revenues should be able to fund United Nations sovereignty in the area. Head Office could be moved from Noo Yawk and Geneva to Jerusalem - there's a place called Temple Mount which would be a good construction site. Enough of the messing around - that oil belongs to all the world, not just some lucky Sheiks and Saddams who shot their way to power. Bring back some good old-fashioned Noblesse Oblige colonisation led by Colinisation Powell. It's obvious the barbarians in the region are incapable of running their own show in a civilized way.
