Tim re: I don't think some small island with 285 people would feel the death of one of them as much as the US would feel the death of a million. perhaps, but let go even farther and compare death of 200mil in US to a single death of a child on small islend of what used to be 2 people. Our civilization, IMHO, is based on the idea that individual life and freedom are just as important as those of millions. re: However Israel has experienced enough that I think the attacks against the PLO and Hammas have been justified. unfortunately, US is split in the middle and Europe is against Israel. -Albert
