Thanks everyone for the info on insider holdings! Straus' 494 shares aside (or his 4.9mm holdings, also a very small amt considering the wealth generated during the bubble- 20mm$$ or so) the fact is insiders are dumping this stock like no tomorrow at $5. Its the worst insider dumping in the depressed comm industry from what I can see- and yet, jdsu seems to have as good a competitive position as any of the equipment makers, with the same or better recovery prospects. anybody think GLW might be a better play on the same mkt? Barrons has a bullish piece on glw- marketwatch.com
