Our local Toyota dealership has already been offering "program cars," 2001 Camrys, at a couple of thousand dollars less than was being asked only about three months ago. These are equippped so they would have had sticker prices of maybe $24,000 a year ago and are being sold off for under $15,000. They have about 20K on them. So let's wait and see what's on sale six months from now.
