In TYCOs ADT business there are two sale channels. One is direct and the other is to buy dealer contracts(Acquisition) which are usually ten year deals which ADT services for a nice profit over the contract price paid.This adds to acquisitions. Also I beleive the Paragon deal closed during this time period which was a nice addition to Healthcare and bought for a steal.
