18 months from now? Higher. By then capex for the telecom equipment players will be rising and so will IT spending for the likes of Software companies. Since I think it's mostly tech driving down the indexes now, I think that they'll be higher than they are now and therefore so will the indexes be. 6 months from now? No idea.
