Cool, jlallen! Thanks! Bookmark for me. I had 'instances' pre-SI membership on Yahoo! Finance where such legal information would have proven helpful, to say the least. Since, I'm very glad to see attention being paid to the subject. Which means, frightening the targets into submission. One way or another. As this medium is 24/7 -- and worse under the cloak of anonymity -- than R/L 'opportunities' to stalk the victims. bia
