1:00PM: Today's strong move being spurned by consumer confidence report, however, oversold conditions more of a factor. The Nasdaq has been down 8 of the last 9 sessions and is lurking in territory not seen since last Halloween....Not to be a spoiled sport, but April 30 marks the end of the historically strong Nov-Apr periods for the Dow and S&P. May-Oct has underperformed by a wide margin over the years. History says you should switch to fixed income for May-Oct....Dow looking to end April in a bang as it approaches 10,000 for the first time this week.NYSE Adv/Dec 2052/990, Nasdaq Adv/Dec 1946/1391
