Hi FL - great idea! I've got a few Pad Thai kits from Costco in the cabinet, and some boiled chicken, but no bean sprouts. I love to buy veggies and fruit at Han Ah Reum, the Korean grocery where I got the bean sprouts. It is always packed on the weekends but do-able in the middle of the week. People from every country in the world, not just Asians. We all love a bargain! One of the things that bemuses me is that Asian businesses here use Hispanics for manual labor, so you'll see Asian people running the cash register and Hispanics sweeping the floors. One more indication that the economies of Asia are doing comparatively well, no more cheap Asian manual labor.
