Volatility is what they want, more trades, in and out, more profits.

I watched the Merrill Ceo interview on CNBC yesterday, and listened to one highly adept silky smooth liar.
He talked about how SHOCKED he was to discover that a few people at Merrill were doing such bad things.
He stated all their internal rules make it clear these type of violations are STRICTLY against Merrill's policy, a policy they are proud of, and that it is so unfortunate a few bad apples could cause people to NOT trust ML. A trust it cherishes and deserves.
Rampant BS, as Maria interviewed with her usual Mike Wallace tough style--LOL!---her style is about as tough as a wet spaghetti whip.:) max

Oh yes, they will adapt. Maybe instead of saying "the game is up" I should have said "the game is up for now" or "the game has been thrown into disarray".

"They" will come back and win the game but I think they have problems on their hands right now that can put people in prison and they need to address that before they get back to the business of parting people from their savings.
