No, he means like now when Bush Cheney crushed the Clinton Gore recession in record time while fighting for the very survival of our great nation against an enemy of a type never before a threat to us. Of course that enemy had eight unfettered years to gather itself for the strike.

The Clinton/Gore Nazis created the deflation that caused the recession that now bears their name. To be fair, I don't hold them entirely responsible, since I firmly believe that neither Clinton nor Gore knows enough about economics to balance a checkbook...
