Hi Kemble, Re:<<Caught the Carly/Cappellas hugs on a tape on CNBC after the ruling by the judge...All laughs and smiles...Yeah, made me laugh at the falseness of the whole merger and especially the scene...Michaels'kicked the snot out of them for years and they're happy to be together... :o) Glad to finally hear the guy who came on afterwards and told of the minimal 15,000 cuts that will be devastating to Silicon Valley and how the printing business is the only area thats making money...How the margins at CPQ and loss of share are going in two opposite directions...Yeah, and though he makes an honest statement, he still doesn't give the reasons why...>> My experience tells me that one should never underestimate the opposition. Time will tell how the merger plays out. In the meantime, Dell had better monitor the progress made by Cpq/Hwp and be prepared to take action as the situation requires. Larry
