It is only a matter of time until socialism follows communism into the history of stupid ideas. Rent control is nothing less than government theft of personal property. Minimum wage laws prevent create unemployment among workers needing a first job or opportunity to learn valuable job skills. Much of the worst of environmental ills have been caused by the government rather than private industry so any laws are a case of the wolf watching the hen house and far less than effective..
