While you have a point, as an engineer, I prefer management who has some idea of what is going on in the trenches. If I haven't seen situations where Jerry has shown a good feel for the industry, like when he oever-ruled Atiq, I'd say that tcmay has a point. Managers who only know management is the biggest fear of an engineer. Been there, done that, been on unemployment as a direct result.
