This isn't some shorterm scam like the crusader missle. This is a multi-generation plan of Bush and friends to keep the American dream to themselves. The deficit alone will give the long term rate hikes, for the short run all he needs to consentrate on is eliminating any inheritance tax and maybe trying to increase the deficit more with additional wars and tax cuts.
