He actually also got me suspended for 2 weeks a while back. You also have to be careful about what you say or post about people like that .... they tend to generate nuisance suits just to harass, so I chose my words carefully when making reference to him. Some of the most brilliant minds and can also be pyschos as my lawyers keep reminding me (not to imply that this is the case with this guy who busted me). Anyway, SI stated in response to my inquiry, that although SPAM is not specifically defined in the TOU, they arbitrarily define it as more than two "similar" postings by any member .... after going back and forth 3 or 4 times with SI to be more specific as to "what time frame" etc., SI finally said to go fly a kite and "that's that." I guess it's really SI that's the "not so nice person in real life" ... I hold no grudge against the guy who reported me .... bottom line is that the SI admins appear to be the real culprits. And unfortunately the only thing anyone of us can do is to vote with our feet by unsubscribing .... which seems to be SI's attitude. Well, anyway .... my one year patience with BNO :NYSE ( Benton Oil ) has finally paid off by its quadrupling over the last 8 weeks so I'm happy, and SI plus the guy who got me suspended for being overly enthusiastic about telling the world about it can go fly a kite, as far as I'm concerned.
