Hi Elmat, I have a few Anglo pals who are exactly like the Troppo Soca Calypso I-do-not-care-about-tomorrow types, but they are so because they have been excised out of their traditional haunts and surrounded with wild Asian women, very hot weather, mucho cold beer, and atmosphere permeated with high-octane Latino pop, all promising that no one will feel lonely for the night. This setup occasionally happens in Connecticut and New Jersey, but more often away.
