Blind faith in anything including modern science, pseudoscience or religion is dangerous

Isn't faith in science an oxymoron? The whole point of science is that it is proven or provable. Faith is appropriate for religion, not science, because it isn't provable. The critical thinking question applies when people treat pseudoscience as science. If they want to treat astrology as a religion and have faith in it, let them. If they think it's like biology or astronomy, then they need some ejucat'n.
