BV changes depending if you include the intangible goodwill (most of which could be written down next quarter) and could be as low as less than $2. Take the 4B minus 1B goodwill minus the liabilities of 500M equals 2.5B divide by shares (1.4B) gives you less than $2. But with the 1B goodwill you get 3.5B divide by 1.4 or about $2.50. In any case you can just forget the 5.10 it's nowhere near that anymore.
