Actually, the Constitution doesn't even give us the right to own machine guns, according to the Supreme Court, and the NRA has not challenged that, much less weapons of mass destruction......

Whether you are talking about countries or individuals it is always preferable for the good guys to have more guns than the bad guys. Substance abuse serves no one except the seller.
