So what is your point as intelligent society continues to try to progress. Weapons that can vaporize folks will be developed. Should America continue to allow the "cowboys" to play shoot em up with conventional "handguns" but prevent the guns from shooting a bioterror capsule capable of killing thousands in a crowd. Or should we be allowed to shoot those capsules from the handguns as well so a individual can defend himself? Where exactly do you propose to draw the line, blow their head off with lead is good, but "ebola" is barred? I need a good shoot em up advocate to clearly distinguish where the constitution draws the line.

Actually the Constitution doesn't "give" us any rights. They come from God. The Constitution was written to establish a government to preserve them.
