Higher voltage will negatively impact both device stability and
reliability. It's a question of how much. The other question is the
stability of the yield bin at the higher voltage. If it isn't well
characterized, then deliveries could be impacted. However, I see your
point ... AMD is losing market share as we speak. How long can
AMD "hold on" ??!!
