great questions Yousef, unfortunately I don't think Hector is on this tech tour but hey, you don't know if you don't ask 1) Why is the .13um process late ?? 2) Which CPUs @ .13um (if any) will be outsourced to UMC ?? 3) Why do you think you can compete costwise at .13um on 200mm wafers ?? 4) Do you really have yields that are "world class" ... ie defect density of .2-.25 d/cm^2 --> or --> .1 d/in^2/layer for your .13um process ?? 5) How is the .13um LowK development going ...
