I think those numbers are in the general ballpark, but maybe over a period of a year instead of a quarter. On the conference call they talked about a churn rate of about 2%. They also mentioned that almost invariably, the customers that leave Internap do so for reasons unrelated to the service - most commonly that the client has run out of money and is cutting back on quality of internet connection in order to preserve cash. They also made a comment, which I don't remember too clearly, about a lot of the companies that have left Internap don't exist anymore.
