John, I know he said that. It was a ruse.

I definitely know you believe that, Nadine. What you seem to not understand that once published in the Times it becomes part of a public record should all this ever get to the negotiating table. Arafat has taken a public step backward into the language of "symbolic". He has to deal with that language when he engages in any negotiating.
