Mr. Generic: Nice post...and I have an answer to "where did the number 'two' come from." It came of course from the 10 commandments. Prior to the 10 commandments, which, by the way, were limited to 10 because back in those days folks couldn't count beyond 10, the number of fingers. But why was "two" chosen? Because a vote was taken and all agreed that commandment number TWO was the most important. You could look it up.
