Well, CH indicated that he would welcome an harrassment case brought against him, as he sees some interesting aspects related to the electronic alias situation here. Poet herself could bring a civil complaint, The Washington State cops could bring charges forward, or the Federal stalking police could. CH has some advantage in that he is a divorce attorney as I understand it. This is an issue that is commonly found at the heart of divorce procedings so it should be familiar ground for him. I can't imagine any other posibilities.
