Ork, sorry, but it seems you are suffering from the well known "Turnips' Whipsaw effect", you got to either always ignore them or always heed them in both cases use stops and you won't get hurt too much. I tried to convey my bounce theory here as well as could, yesterday, I even mentioned that I was down to 30% cash and deployed the Q for an overnighter (a rarity), the rest is up to you (g).

Key with core shorts - never hold core all in one sector.

Be diverse, not just in techs, that way on days like today you have some down and a few up.

This is very important if you play a core strategy - have some tech, but mix in bank, retail, bio, lodging, insurance, healthcare.....etc

Only way to play the core strategy!

Hey, if you're going to listen to vegetables, you should at least choose ones you like to eat so that you'll have something to do with them if they are wrong. Fortunately for Zeev he doesn't have to eat too many batches...
