Memo Shows Enron Division Headed by Army Secretary Thomas White Manipulated California Electricity Market Public Citizen Calls on White to Resign, Justice Department to Launch Criminal Probe publiccitizen.org btw, I CAN NOT understand why Rumsfeld would want a questionable character like Thomas White in charge of the Army...Mr. White may have been a great war hero BUT he was deeply involved with Enron and IMO we don't need ANY of those folks in important leadership roles. Bush should be proactive here or it may come back to haunt him.
