Likewise, KLP, I also am angered when lawyers reap millions of dollars and the victims only get 10 cents on the buck. Asbestos is not particularly troublesome when it is contained (even by duct tape) and doesn't become airborne, but I don't know all the particulars of the problem you describe.

Enron is NOTHING compared to the currently legal activities of the Democrat Trial Lawyers. Gray-Out Davis is solely responsible for the near bankruptcy of California from mismanaging their energy purchases. The dim-witted lefty dupes on this thread are trying to pin it on Enron-who would have never gone broke had they really been able to steal $10 billion from California. Their previous attempt to pin it on Bush failed and is long forgotten. In November, the people will call Gray-Out to account for his incompetence, and he will disappear from politics...
