Trust me ..... We were lucky we didn't have it. AND the problem ISN'T as easily fixed as you describe. If you have water damage for any reason, and you have asbestos, you will find you have a BIG problem. I WAS STUNNED that there is NO fund for this problem. Just wait till Mr and Mrs America start finding out they have a problem, and the money has all gone to the trial lawyers. Worse yet, wait till they find out what politicians the trial lawyers tend to support. Call your nearest floor covering floor and you will start to glimpse the problem!
