Ted if that is true then I think buying here makes sense, but do you think it is?


Tim, $4-5 billion in cash flow would really help to cut into there $30 billion debt load. Its starts coming due in 2003 with the first payment to be $4.5 billion, I think. It would buy them some time but its not the only pressing problem. I sense the various mergers have not been put together well and I suspect there needs to be a lot of restructuring.

I mean any company that lends their CEO $366 million and then forgives the loan is likely to have a pretty p*ss poor corporate culture.
