Aw come on. They provide timely, accurate overall pictures of how an individual business is performing each and every day. They are on top of the situation and can predict when a company is a wise or a poor investment. Then again, even though you know the downgrades are coming people still react to those downgrades like it was a big surprise for some reason. I have no idea why. Maybe in this case it was finally their last straw and they capitulated. Who knows.
