"It will be mined.

What no one knows is where it will start or when"

Could be but will we live to see it?

I picked up a little Manhattan last week, first time ... looks like it caught interest Friday from a Globe article ... what i'd like to see is truly independent third-party reporting on it from somebody who spends enough time there to really understand the situation ... somebody smart enough and honest enough to say so if the situation is not understandable, which can often be the case ... but a competent reporter without any agenda at all, including a political one ... if such an animal exists -g-

If there is any compulsion against the will of the majority of townspeople i don't want anything to do with it, don't care if it turns into a twenty-bagger, the cost would be too high, don't want to be associated with that sort of thing ... but meantime a spec cycle seems reasonable to expect over the medium term, eh

charred - do you have local sources there? ... how local are they, i.e. how far from Tambogrande? ... and how recently were they in contact with the townspeople?
