Wouldn't surprise me if the feds force another vote on Stanley's move, considering some of the shenanigans that the boys in the suits pulled to get their 66.66 percent approval this week. We shall see. In any event, I think it goes without saying that moving one's HQ to Bermuda from the USA is a sign of significant weakness ... both bottom-line weakness and boardroom weakness. All these companies that are contemplating a move to Bermuda are probably on their last legs anyway. This is just an end-game ploy to pad the pockets of the top execs before bankruptcy is declared.
