It's supposed to represent the performance of the MCI piece of the business. And right now that piece is doing a lot better than the Worldcom piece, although its sales are falling. I also think the newly introduced Neighborhood local plan may prove to be surprisingly successful. And then there is the dividend which has not been cut yet. I doubt they will eliminate the dividend altogether, since it was the key differentiator between the two tracking stocks. I expect to get the 60c dividend in a month and then they will probably cut it to one quarter of what it is today.
