You have a credit card do you not?Try doing that and see what happens to your credit rating.
Also think of how hard it will be for a company to depend only on short term debt.They will be at the mercy of their banks who will be in a position to cut off credit at the drop of a hat.And lets not forget what will happen if rates go up.
And any way, are not those loans supposed to pay bonds MATURING next year.
And would not the market figure out what is going on and bid up the price of those bonds wcom was trying to buy in?
