Today's market, and the boomer day last week, are indicative of the trend. The other days are evidence of two years of overhang buildup. We may see one and two days like this each week. There's enough cash sitting out there at 2% and less to stretch to the next star system-and more coming in every week. Time and pressure will eventually have their effect...
