Mad, good advice. And you're largely right about "Buyer Beware". The one thing we need to remember is that we have all day to watch the market and do technicals analysis. However, 90-99.5% of people in the Markets are working and commuting 10-12 every day and need to rely on fair markets perhaps more than the rest of us. The intraday trading is manic and unexpected news can cause stocks to tank abruptly.

If this 99- 99.5% of all folks decides to follow those in "The Betrayed Investor" ("Business Week"), and leave the markets, it would likely get very ugly. So not is fairness the ethical thing, but it may in the end be necessary for those of us who are lucky enough to watch the action minute by minute.

Of course, days like the last two, where most do really well, will help to alleviate most people's anger about manipulation.
