30 days and they can protest so it can stay on...look at all stocks trading at 5 cents and still listed...

I am not sure,but if a nasquad stock stays below 1$ for ten business days does it not risk being delisted.Is it reverse split time?
Ps It might be a good entry opportunity for gold mining shares if any one is interested.
Pss that is if one is a pessimist concerning the general


First, the rule was if it stayed under $1 for 90 days and not 30. However, last fall the Naz suspended the rule and to my knowledge, has not reinstated it as of yet.
