Pemex is Among Eight New Novadigm Customers Secured Through Partners In
Latin America Successes of Novadigm Partners Hewlett-Packard and DTS Grow Latin
American Market for Novadigm's Radia Product Family

MAHWAH, N.J., May 14, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Novadigm(R),
Inc. (Nasdaq: NVDM) a leading provider of adaptive management solutions for
software and content in enterprise and Internet environments, today announced
that its Latin American marketing channel has recently produced eight new
enterprise customers, including Mexico's national petroleum company, Petroleos
Mexicanos.

Four additional customers in Mexico and three in Colombia also selected Radia(R)
as a result of joint sales successes by Hewlett-Packard and DTS Latin America
Ltda., Novadigm's partners in Latin America. Development of alliances and
partnerships to extend Novadigm's geographical reach is a leading priority for
Novadigm President and Chief Operating Officer Gerald Labie.

developing the Radia customer base through the expansion of existing client
relationships and the securing of new customers with substantial potential for

Petroleos Mexicanos, or Pemex, is Mexico's largest industrial enterprise and the
