The point of the post wasn't the popular vote issue, just to respond to the Commander's continuing repetition of the unsupported urban myth that Philadelphia had a 100% turnout. I've yet to see one iota of evidence of that allegation, and his continued repetition of it has yet to make it become true. Obviously the popular vote becomes electorally irrelevant if you have enough electoral and Supreme Court votes.

Exactly....but trying to tell the clinton blow..er...I mean diehards is impossible..
