Just saying "debt is getting bigger" is meaningless, and I know you wouldn't say that, but some would. But I do think you need to put your statement in some kind of context.

Looking at Keen's model, and history, things can go bad in a hurry, but not all by themselves. Ordinarily there is a delicate equilibrium. What do you see that will change the equilibrium?
