It seems like there truly are people within Arafat's government that want to concentrate on Health Care, Education, Infrastructure, Democracy and PEACE. It was quite a shock! Some have just recently resigned because of Arafat unbending incompetence and dedication to terrorism. The Palestinian people won't have a chance to see a better life as long as you have people like Grasso and Gustave and Emile and Thomas constantly sewing the seeds of hate and jealousy.
