RE:"If nothing changes, I can "roll" on Monday without paying the .45 ask, and can pocket the entire June premium, now at .90, if I decide to do it (and I am still in possession of the shares). There is a risk that the stock will move so that I won't be able to do it, but there is slightly higher pay-off if I am able to do it.

Very interesting situation. You seem to have a good strategy. While the stock move up, these 60¢ are still available (70¢ now, $1.15 for the Jun’s and $0.45 to cover the May). The "prime" on the May's will disapear Friday afthernoon.

What you mean by having up to Monday to roll? It expire Friday isn’t it?
<edit> Ok , I've read too fast, I know what you mean.
