As to the posts you refer to, as long as there is discussion of litigation, I think it is better not to get specific about any particular post. Sorry if you dislike that response, but I'm acting on the advice of my attorney. <g> In general, though, my posts to and from Poet have gone through a number of stages, repeating some several times, including stages of flame wars and stages of pointed banter on both sides. (Do you recall Poet once writing that she found that she enjoyed flame wars?) It might be interesting to some people here to know that the first time I came across Poet was when, knowing nothing about me and without any communication to or with me at all, at X's request she banned me from the Left Wing Porch. I protested to her, and after some exchanges she admitted it was wrong, and she unbanned me. That was the start of our relationship on SI. From there, it has gone through numerous stages, as I said some multiple times. In general terms, I will just say with regard to any post I have made to her, I have believed at the time I wrote them that they fit appropriately within the broad context of our history of posting to each other. As to the post from St. Bill, my direct response was: siliconinvestor.com His specific request was "Please don't post another thing to my wife." To the best of my recollection, I have complied with his request completely. I have not, as far as I can recall, posted to her on this thread or elsewhere on SI. (That's not obfuscation, it's being careful because I have posted many, many posts, and at my age my memory is not perfect. You're free to look for any if you wish.) I definitely have not posted to her privately, either by PM or by email or otherwise. Nor have I asked any person to convey any message to her, though it may be that some of her supporters are communicating with her about the situation here. But the upshot is that I have done as he asked me to. Is that a clear enough answer for you on that point?
