Good points. Back in the early 90s when the first layoffs started it was the mid-Hudson valley, including East Fishkill, that got crushed first. Guys committed suicide in the parking lot and Donofrio had a body guard. Then a few years later when all the damage had been done they decide to OEM chips, design and manufacture custom chips and be a custom manufacturer all in East Fishkill again. Meanwhile, the loss of intellectual capital was non-recoverable.
