Bill- Standard range for automotive parts is +85C. Cost will be more important if both parts can do +85C. Also remember that 125C is only for storage, so AMD doesn't have an operating temperature advantage, assuming that both parties are being truthful.

Not necessarily. Intel has other flash products that have a 125C degree limit in the specifications. Just not StrataFlash at this point. IMO, for most areas of an automobile (unless you are installing GPS, etc), you don't need high density flash, so what benefit would MirrorBit have over, say, AMD's single-bit flash lines? Or Intel's?
