Mmary,

If you are being at all honest about not caring about Bob and Matt's business plan. I offer you a simple solution. Just shut up about it. As it is simply NONE of your business. Then I have to tell, this is one of the stupidest comments I have ever read: I just posted that their biz plans both stated that they want to make money off of ihub. I'm talking biz plan one with matt and tony and biz plan two from bob. They want to make money with ihub. It's not just a hobby.
Can you please tell me of one successful biz plan, who's goals does not include wanting to make money?? The reality of any business is, that as a provider of goods and services, whatever they may be, the business is entitled to make a profit. That is the way the system is supposed to work. Because clearly if a business is not making money, it is going to cease to exist. As for how they make their money, guess what, it is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. I am not saying I promote underhanded business practices, quite the opposite. But my feelings about business practices are irrelevant regarding Ihub, or ANY other business, that does not have my name listed on the corporate documents. No business answers to me, or to you for that matter, except those that we have a personal liability to. For the record, my family has a thriving business, which has been debt free for 21 years. And even with that, we are entitled to make a profit off the next customer that walks through the door. If the customer has a problem with that, they can surely take their business elsewhere. (you see the correlation there to you "the customer" and Ihub "the service provider??"

As for the TOU being discriminatory. Guess what, nothing you can do about it. NOTTA. Here's the deal. Our family company can offer for sale a specific item at an advertised price. Ethically we are bound by that ad. We honor our ad's, to the point that a person is not charged more than the stated price. By the same token, if my husband's buddy comes in, and gets a better price. Such is life, we are allowed to do that. Why?? BECAUSE WE OWN CONTROLING INTEREST IN THE COMPANY!! If as a company we choose not to honor our ads, what would happen. Eventually people would get tired of the inconsistent business practices, and they would leave. If it was truly that bad, our business would fold. And we would have nobody to blame but OURSELVES, because we are the responsible parties...THE OWNERS. Now do you see the relationship here to what you are belly aching about with IHUB??? Bottom line, unless you are a controlling partner in Ihub you have no reason to continue your rant. You made what you believe to be your case against Ihub. Now show some self respect, move along, and let Ihubs chips fall where they may. WHY?? Because you have no say so in how they enforce their TOU, right or wrong in your book, does NOT MATTER. You are starting to remind me of my jealous neighbor next to the rental I own. Since finding out my last name, and the business we own, she has whined excessively about me, to anyone who will listen to her. And guess what, they all just pretty much laugh behind her back and say, "that woman needs to get a life" Your excessive behavior is striking me much the way the neighbor's does.

Jane

LMAO! I'll back off now. There is nothing more that needs to be said here.

Anybody ever seen that movie, Me, Myself and Irene, where the guy keeps punching his own self in the face?

>>I just posted that their biz plans both stated that they want to make money off of ihub.<<

Somebody add that to the SI Classics board.
